I recently bought some of the essential cuisine chef's stock mixes, not only are they good value for money as a little goes a long way, it tastes good and in addition it is very low in salt. I make various meals for my grandsons and I have tried to find a stock cube/powder with the lowest salt content. The lakeland stock mixes are lower in salt than the stock powders specifically made for babies/young children. To any mother who cooks for very young children I would recommend they try the Lakeland stock mixes.
