Arrived at Wilson's yesterday as my car was booked in. The guy I was supposed to see wasn't around and no one knew about the booking, so I wasn't too happy at all!! Gary came to the rescue and was extremely helpful. The issue with the car was resolved, Gary was great and gave perfect customer service, thanks Gary.
