    Just like all the other reviews here, without a doubt the most incompetent servicing garage that I have ever been around. The cowboys of car repairs that gives car brands a bad name. Booked my Nissan Qashqai for a major service a week ago, booked it for drop off and pick up service for 1pm to 5pm. Never got a call to come pick up my car and drop it off. My car also has some 1st gear juddering that that they were meant to look at. Ended up taking it myself as no one came to pick up the car. When I arrived they told me that they couldn't get my check done because I arrived late even though I arrived at 12.30pm and the car was not due until 1pm. I had to get the email confirmation out and show Lauren (Nissan Customer service) as she didn't believe me. Ended up just doing the service without the other work which took them 4 hours to do. Worst part is that when I got home and checked my paperwork, they never changed the fuel filter which is part of a major diesel service. They put down that I declined to have it done. How sneaky can you be to save money! Not what you would expect for an authorised Nissan dealer. Ended up calling them up and having to chase then to recognise this. Had to waste another day, fuel and time driving there a week later to fix their mistake. I told Lauren on the phone that this was a massive inconvenience and didn't want to come back again. I wanted the car juddering investigated and my fuel filter sorted. I explained that I could only come back at 1pm due to work and she said this would be fine and apologised for the inconvenience. When I went back to get the work done, Lauren then said that she told me to be in for 8am even though she didn't. This time they did the fuel filter relatively quickly although she turned round and told me that they had no time yet again to check the car juddering but could confirm that there is a problem. How bad is this! I was actually told that I would have to come back another day. As part of the service it also includes software updates and she said that this would be done and she would give me my radio code which she agreed on the phone. When I went back, Lauren tried to charge me £65 for the update and £21 for the radio code even though she agreed to these would be sorted before I took the car in and there was no mention of price. In a nutshell, I will never ever be going back to this garage. Technicians can't follow a simple service checklist and they make promises and make out that the customer is lying. They've even put the spec wrong of the model of my car on my paperwork. How incompetent can a garage be! Straight on the phone to Nissan after this. Everyone should just boycott this place.

    Absolutely disgraceful service. Failed to do Citroen service in one day and I received no call to tell me. Then they never answered phone. They just pissed off home and I have no car. Thanks! Had to re-arrange the collection of children from an event and had to cancel a business trip.
